The ‘consulting’ part of my business, ‘Innovative Changes – Community Education and Consulting Services’, is about the assessment and asset mapping piece of my first meeting or conversation with you or a representative of your group. My consulting work also includes one time workshop development and delivery and follow up summary report; short term (less than 6 months), and longer term (over six months to 2 or 3 years) program development and or project coordination contracts. I provide my consulting services to individuals (1:1), small and large staff groups, to volunteer and employee committees and volunteer Boards of not for profit organizations.
