Workshop Topics:

• Understanding the dimensions of change including types of change and approaches to change;
• Identify the stages of change we go through;
• Develop strategies for dealing with and accepting change in the workplace and in your personal life.

Reiki (ray-key) – is an holistic, non invasive form of  natural healing and energy work that is used for relaxation, self care, and for dealing with various dis-eases. It is especially useful for inducing relaxation, reducing pain and stress, increasing vitality assisting the body's natural healing ability and generally giving you a sense of balance.
