Kim has experience in guiding or facilitating different types of processes, including learning and group processes. She considers herself to be a facilitator of learning rather than an instructor, teacher, or trainer. She has facilitated both small and large group work and has worked with groups from the grassroots community level to the larger community, provincial and national group levels. Her skills as a facilitator include her excellent communication and listening skills, her interpersonal skills, and her organizational skills. She has been facilitating group work and learning since the late 1980’s.
