 At Innovative Changes, Kim is pleased to be able to offer a variety of learning opportunities for individuals and groups involved in servicing their communities. Not for profit organizational and volunteer management workshops are provided upon request and are individualized to meet you and your groups needs
Kim's History includes:
- Researched and prepared subject materials and outlines for a variety of presentations, workshops and training sessions.
- Planned, implemented, promoted, and/or coordinated development of diverse community education and health programs.
- Facilitated a variety of workshops and support groups.
- Assisted with staff and volunteer training programs and with continuing education of staff and volunteers.
- Delivered public presentations
- Worked collaboratively on community initiatives that address a variety of child, youth, and family issues
including advocacy, valuing diversity, family literacy, early childhood development,health and youth suicide prevention.
