The Basics: Roles and Responsibilities of Volunteer Boards and Board Members

Introduction to Organizational Assessment

Evaluation: Measuring Progress and Celebrating Successes

Each topic is covered in a 3 hour workshop. Other topics can be added upon request depending on the specific needs identified by an organization or by individual participants.

Group rates are negotiable. Participants can choose to participate in one or all of the workshops in the series. Seating is limited.
